Zxarr's Ramblings

The entire universe Zxarr calls home was created by Star some years after Zxarr's transformation into a shapeshifter. It was a way for Star to apologise. While the universe itself was, for the most part, left to develop on it's own, one solar system was created by design, which included a planet, which Zxarr had input on designing. The idea was simple; a place for Zxarr to call home, even as he shifted through the multiverse, this was his. No matter where he roamed, he could always access this place.

The planet itself, as mentioned, was deigned by Zxarr. Most of the idyllic features are there at his request.

On the planet, there is a solitary mountain on one of the continents. It stands over 50,000 feet tall. Somewhere around the 40,000 foot mark, you'll find a covered front porch of sorts, carved out of the very mountain itself. There is a doorway there, leading into his cave. His den. This is where he's lived for tens of millenia. The den itself was carved by Zxarr himself and was not part of the initial design, but he rather enjoyed the view.

Indeed, this mountain hide-a-way is a very modern, rather large, and technologically sophisticated cave, complete with a bedroom, kitchen and bathroom (for guests) and a very friendly AI named Kreager that lives alongside him. This cave is also where you'll find his near infinite closet system that crosses into yet another universe all on it's own.

Zxarr smiles, “It's where I keep all my stuff! It's my hoarde, if you will!”

From the ledge outside this cave, you can see the forests below, leading into plains and if the day is clear enough, the ocean and the long beach where he occasionally has beach parties.

A large, black 'entrance' against one of the sides of his Den allows access to his closet. An alternate and very empty universe, save for a massively open flat stretch of flat, solid ground. From the raised entry point you it really looks like an infinite Home Depot. One side has near countless rows of shelving, every single item is organised, catalogued and stored. The other side is open space, for all the things you can't put on shelves. Cars, boats, mechs, spaceships, planes, even entire houses.

At some point, a magical being gave him a gift. A place for him to remember all that were special to him. A one story pagota, filled with imagery of his lovers and friends… all those he lost to time. Some are pictures in frames, others are holograms, each type of display reflecting the society the subject came from. Don't be surprised if you see your visage here because if you're already inside his Closet, he probably thinks you at least a friend.

You cannot wreck anything inside the Closet. Any destruction wrought upon the items in here will only be for a short time. Everything in here is locked in stasis, such is the nature of this created universe the Closet is in, so it's immutable. Take something off the shelf and smash it? It'll just reappear on the shelf from whence it came, fully intact. The destroyed item? Gone. Try to remove it? You'll get a copy of the item when you leave, the original will be back where it's supposed to be.

The technology inside this Mountain is much the same as anywhere on the planet. All of it, coordinated by Kreager, the AI that inhabits the core of the planet. Any number of things can be called into existence, what with the replication, teleportation and projection systems. From a simple holographic screen for watching videos, to beach toys for the party guests, an arsenal of weapons, or a delightfully decadent gourmet meal.

The planet is teaming with life. On the continent where Zxarr's home can be found, it's rather tame… there are all manner of herbavores and insects, trees and plants. That side is a paradise. The other major land mass of the planet is rather the opposite, with fierce creatures roaming in search of prey. Everything on that side seems to want to kill you, save the plants, they're pretty chill.
